2. Sales/Purchase Agreements
Membership to and access to the website and its products is granted at will and may be revoked at anytime without cause. All sales, inclusive of recurring membership fees, recurring annual memberships, and/or course sales, are final. The Chart Guys LLC reserves the right to cancel all membership packages at their own discretion without any refunds. Access to services is terminated immediately upon membership cancellation or expiry and no prorated refunds will be provided for services not rendered.
You are responsible for managing your membership renewals and any subscription cancellations. Memberships can only be cancelled through the member dashboard. You acknowledge that all our subscriptions are set to automatically renew either monthly or annually based on the date of your initial registration. Refunds will be considered for any requests provided within 2 weeks of annual membership or promotional extension purchase. The use of a promo code for purchase of an annual membership voids access to annual membership bonuses as described on https://www.chartguys.com/trading-community-membership. All prices in USD.
3. Acknowledgement of Services Provided
You acknowledge that The Chart Guys LLC is not registered as an investment adviser with any federal or state regulatory agency. All appointment cancellations must occur with atleast 48 hours notice. If appointments are not cancelled with 48 hours notice the client agrees to pay for the appointment in full.
